What is the minimum level of ink for the tanks?
Do not allow the ink levels to drop below 10mm from the bottom of the tank.
When should I replace the ink pads?
Every second reset of the waste counter using the Printer Tools utility.
Why are there two coating options (Regular & Premium)?
A regular coating is suggested and will give the desired finish on most inkjet printable CDs and DVDs. If the disc does not absorb the lacquer fully the premium mode should be used. This will give a more gradual & heavier application of the lacquer. The cycle time per disc will increase by 50% to allow for this process. It is recommended you turn the dial down to compensate for the longer spraying time.
How often should I replace the carbon filter pad?
When it becomes yellow in appearance link to other consumables page. Overspray will collect on the filter pad and it should be replaced to avoid an excessive build up around the drip tray.
When the low varnish led flashes, how many discs can I spray before the tank is empty?
1000 (approx. depending on spray thickness).
