Returns Procedure:

Any questions, queries etc must be done by using one of the methods above, this will ensure the best possible service is offered to every customer. If a return for evaluation and repair is necessary we will issue an RMA number.

  •       Any equipment to be returned MUST have this form completed and included inside the box. The RMA number is valid for 14 days from issue, after this time a new RMA should be requested.


  •       The RMA number must be displayed CLEARLY on the BOX.


  •       InkJet printers returned for service / repair will be costed for new ink cartridges as this is needed for diagnostic and testing (not applicable to CISS systems).


  •       Units must be sent in with the original or adequate packaging that is sufficient to protect in transit – PACKAGING CAN BE REQUESTED FROM OURSELVES at a charge.


  •       Any units arriving without an RMA number, or it is not clearly displayed, could be delayed whilst it is identified.
